General Notices:

Messages from President Anne Abbott

* We still need volunteers to collect for Te Omanga Hospice on May 21st between 9am and 5pm in Queensgate Mall.

At Monday's meeting we will circulate a roster where you can add your name. Please do help if you can.

* Please help us minimise the likelihood of Covid transmission

Everyone – including caterers, guest speakers, and guests – is asked to carefully follow these measures.
  1. Table surfaces will be sanitised before and after meetings.
  2. Each table and the bar will have its own bottle of hand sanitiser. Use it frequently.
  3. Please wear masks (properly) on arrival and then continuously unless seated. This includes while getting drinks and getting meals.
  4. Anyone speaking at the lectern or standing to speak during the meeting may remove their mask.
  5. Maintain a 1 metre spacing when standing. Much better to socialise seated.
  6. Try not to change tables.
  7. Tea and coffee service as normal (by volunteer members filling cups on request at the tables).
  8. If anyone will not be attending, please advise David Thompson and Tony Cornelius no later than 4pm the day before the meeting (Sunday).
  9. If you have symptoms that might be Covid or are in isolation, please don’t come.
Our club’s ability to have meetings in the future depends to some degree on our collective ability to follow these rules.
