Usborne Dictionaries Presentations

Jaye Howey and Mike Keehan recently presented Usborne Dictionaries to pupils at Naenae and St Michael's Schools.  This is the 17th year our club has presented dictionaries to year 4 students at four local low decile schools.  They continue to be highly valued by teachers and treasured by students.
The Christ Church Visitor Centre

The Preservation Society decided some years ago to establish a centre, to create a visitor destination to host tourists and students and spread the word, and also to offer a display of some of the wonderful stories associated with this extraordinary building, which is a beautiful monument to the courage and persistence of the settlers who built it, and to peace and harmony between peoples.
