Last Meeting: Chris Martin, Manager of SuperGrans, Lower Hutt
President Pat with Chris Martin & Erin McMenamin
As the Manager of SuperGrans, a Trust originally founded by Erin McMenamin 24 years ago, she leads a team of volunteers that help teach life skills, such as, cooking, budgeting, home management, etc. Originally trained as a nurse, then serving the Police for 18 years, Chris said these past occupations gave her the life skills to take on this role!

In the Hutt Valley, they service up to 130 families, referred by as many 27 different agencies and trying to work within a $400,000 budget with only $60,000 funded from Government contracts - thanks to some very generous sponsors. To view the presentation slides, click HERE.
