* Funds Raised: Sergeants Session/Sunshine Fund - $129.60; Meat Raffle - $107; Usborne Dictionaries - $15;

* Meal Payments: At the end of June and December the Meal Payments paid are reconciled against their attendances and, if there is a credit, this is carried forward to be charged against the Changeover, or Christmas Function. This year there are 2 more meetings in the second half of the year compared with the first half, so unless your credit exceeds $41, there will be no transfer of funds. If there is a credit in excess of $ 41, then the transfer will be credited against the Changeover meal on 2 July. You can decide what they wish to do, of course, so if this is not your preferred option, please advise the Treasurer. Finally, those in debt for meals on 18 June, please expect contact from the Treasurer to make up your debt, as it's the end of the financial year on 30 June.

Our annual programme for the giving of Usborne Illustrated Dictionaries has now been completed for the year, with the recent presentations to year 4 students at Naenae Primary School, Pomare School, and St Michael’s School.
