Alan is a registered physiotherapist with 39-years' experience principally as a clincian but also a lecturer, researcher and business manager.  He trained in Nottingham before moving to NZ.  He has had a number of medical papers published and has served on the Ministry of Social Development Medical Review Board since 2010.
