Last Monday we had not one speaker but  thirty, and more importantly thirty listeners.  Our club debated the topic "That wearing gang patches in public should be banned."  The debates took place table by table to represent constituencies, and thanks to excellent chairmanship at each table  there were no fights nor even shouting matches but each table carefully talked the issue through and there were many  good arguments given  for both sides.  Each table reached a clear decision.  The club decided by three tablets to two that wearing gang patches in public should indeed be banned.
