The various Committee Chairs spoke about their activities since the 1st July.  Here is a summary of their activities....
 
Robin Aitken - Director Youth/Vocational Committee advised that the club is sponsoring a local student to RYLA and the Science & Technology Forum this rotary year.
Shelley Bryant - Director Community Health & Welfare Committee advised planning will start in the new year for the Walk for Mental Health and Healthy in the Hutt. Planning is already under way for the Te Omanga Hospice Golf Tournament on 24 February 2023.
 
Annette Ruck - Director Environment and Amenities Committee reported that the relocation of the bird aviary at Te Omanga Hospice is nearing completion, the riverbank clean up and the Dementia Garden at Enliven. 
 
Brian Clarke - Director International Committee advised an event to raise money for Emergency Response Kits next year.  He also acknowledged Wim & Sue for the work they did for the wine tasting evening. The event raised in excess of $5500 for the Wellington Children's Hospital.  
 
Jan Palmer and Brian Clarke gave an update on the preparations for the Te Omanga Hospice Golf Tournament to be held at the Boulcott Farm Golf Course on Friday 24th February 2023.
