Eastern Hutt Rotary were immensely proud to be one the major supporters of this year's Te Omanga Hospice Golf Day today. Held at Boulcott's Farm Heritage Golf Club, 38 enthusiastic teams entered in support of this amazing Lower Hutt organisation. Raising a sum of around $65,000, this event was only possible through the very generous support of all its supporters and a successful auction - thanks to the bidders and our auctioneer, Doug Palmer.

On the day, our main duty was the Fine Dinning tent along with our fellow sponsors and friends at Chalet Caterers. Many of the golfing holes were sponsored and some provided refreshments, like food, water, soft drinks, wine, or beer. This added to the players' delight.
One of our other duties was to install the various gazebos around the course at 9am. Initially assisted by Grant Quinn, it was left to us to takedown them, ably transported by you know who:
