Welcome back Terry Barr! President, Pat Heffernan, had pleasure in welcoming him back to Eastern Hutt Rotary.

Terry has been involved in Rotary since 2004. He started in Upper Hutt Rotary where he went through to President in 2007/08. From there he moved to Perth in Australia and joined Rockingham Rotary, where once again he became President. Returning to NZ in 2012, he joined Eastern Hutt Rotary and has recently returned after a small break.

Terry is a keen walker, four-wheel driver, and enjoys caravaning. He has a hut at the back of Totara Park, where he enjoys the natural bush surroundings and renovating his hut. On a good day, he can been seen out riding his bike.

Terry is on the LGC for Victim Support and has been on this Committee for at least 3 years.  He enjoys being involved with the community and this is reflected in his involvement in various community activities.
