The Passing of our Dear Friend Joe Tomlinson

This chair is not just a chair. It represents the passing of our dear friend Joe Tomlinson, our colleague, our fellow Rotarian who has sadly left this world and travelled to the next.  With the deepest of respect we place it here that we may never forget his servitude to Rotary and the people of this city.  Moe mai ra e hoa - sleep well dear friend.

James provided the parting thought this week -

"Public halls are like Swiss Army Knives" of our community - versatile, reliable and always there when you need them.  Whether it's a wedding, a bingo night, or a rotary meeting, these halls have seen it all and lived to tell the tale."
